DepositsChassis or engine dynamometer systems, as well as any custom equipment, machining, or programming, require a nonrefundable deposit (typically 50%) at time of order. Quoted delivery times are good faith estimates only - based on typical lead times at the time of quotation (exact lead times may vary). Final payment in full is due within 10-days of notification that equipment is available to ship. Customers (or their forwarding agents) are welcome to make arrangements within this period (before crating) to final inspect their equipment. Payment MethodsContinental United States orders are normally shipped UPS Ground (FOB Concord, NH) with shipping and handling collect. Orders are shipped C.O.D. - certified check. UPS does not accept cash, so plan to have a certified check on hand. Prepaid orders that do not include all shipping and handling charges will be sent freight collect. Freight over-payments will be credited to the customer. Note: Personal or company checks from US banks take two weeks to clear, foreign bank checks take eight weeks to clear – to avoid these delays we recommend using wire transfers. Letters of Credit are only accepted for orders over $100,000 (and under pre-arranged terms). A 1% surcharge must be included to cover local processing, legal review and bank fees (minimum surcharge is $2,000 per LC). Credit Cards are accepted for retail accessory orders only. (This excludes dealer, OEM, and industrial orders, repair services, dynamometer systems, etc.) Shipping and handling charges will be added to the order.
Truck, air, UPS-Air, Fed-X, etc. and orders from outside the continental U.S. must be prepaid in full, prior to shipment. The order will be shipped freight and handling charges collect. Foreign orders must include adequate postage; over-payments will be credited to the customer. All orders are billed at prices in effect at the time of
shipment. Customers are responsible for round trip shipping charges and/or all
storage or collection charges on refused shipments.

Fee on Past Due Balances. After 30-days of notice, any
unclaimed merchandise, customers parts for service, etc. may be sold by Land &
Sea as liquidated damages - and credited against customer's outstanding
invoices, which shall not be Land & Sea, Inc.'s sole remedy and Land & Sea, Inc.
reserves all available rights and remedies at law and/or in equity. Any claimed warranty not included within Land & Sea, Inc.'s General Limited Warranty, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantable quality, satisfactory quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, or those arising by law, statute, usage of trade, course of dealing or otherwise, shall be deemed waived by the customer and void. Software licenses are non-refundable, customers are encouraged to evaluate any critical business functions (via our free working demo downloads) prior to purchase. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors in our literature without obligation to customers. Any disputes arising between the parties over any products, services, warranties, terms, agreements, payments, etc. shall be governed under the laws of the State of NH and in an appropriate court within its jurisdiction and the customer consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the State courts in and for the State of New Hampshire both as to subject matter and as to personal jurisdiction. ReturnsAll sales are considered final and, unless otherwise mutually agreed to (in writing) prior to sale, there are no returns for refund or credit allowed. Shipping errors (by us) must be brought to our attention, in writing, upon receipt of merchandise. Under no circumstances will equipment over 14 days old (by invoice shipping date) be considered for adjustment. If any allowance for an ordering error by customer is granted, it will be for merchandise credit only and charged a 15% handling fee. No used, modified, or otherwise damaged equipment will be accepted. Contact sales for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) prior to shipping any goods to us. Please have your invoice number ready when calling for the RMA #. Shipments must have this RMA # clearly displayed on the outside of every box. Packages received without the RMA # get refused and are returned freight collect. Customer must pay freight charges both ways on service work or exchanges – freight collect shipments get refused.
