DYNOmite-Pro Data
Acquisition Board Set Upgrade adds more input channels
(up to 28 total per board set. Other features include: extra output controls,
increased A/D resolution, faster processor MHz, faster buss speeds, higher data exchange
bandwidth, more on-board power capacity, Flash EEPROM programmability,
RS-232 serial and native USB support, and much
more! Upgrades to the newest DYNOmite-Pro board
sets are available from any
of our earlier DYNOmite-I, II, III (Basic) series!
(The DYNOmite-Pro board set requires DYNO-MAX 2000
version 9.30 or later.)
More dynamometer specific features than any other data acquisition
board
in the world! Make your life easier by utilizing the DYNOmite Data Acquisition
board sets' built in "dyno-aware smarts" and power!
A
low
cost DYNOmite-Lite Board Set is
also available. It is perfect for students or
do-it yourself dyno builders that want to keep their data acquisition budget
down without having to settle for some hobby level "toy." Instead, you
get 1,000 Hz internal sampling (that's per channel, not just
a board total), 16-bit resolution, full-bridge strain gauge
support, a full array of upgrade options (including a trade-up option to the
latest "Pro" Board Set). Best of all, even this "Lite"
version is compatible with DYNO-MAX 2000.
Don't be fooled by some
manufactures "sampling rate" games! Our Real-Time 1,000
Hertz Data Set Output specification means each channel is passing data though
to your PC at that rate. You can record about 56,000 items per second
with a dual Pro board set. Many companies misleadingly quote the "theoretical"
total samples that their board's A/D converter might achieve
by re-reading a single channel.
Who needs that? Once switching
and settling time (for their multiplexer) is included, some "100,000 Hz, 32-channel
boards" don't even manage recording 500 Hz to disk!
Need 28, 56, 112 or more data channels?* When using
DYNO-MAX 2000 "Pro" Version 9.30 (or later) you can add multiple
DYNOmite-Pro (or Basic board sets) to greatly expand your number of available data
inputs and output controls! For example: using just two serial ports, you can
read up to 56 separate data channels!
Need more resolution, quicker
sampling rates, or other advanced features?
We offer
much higher end data acquisition and control board sets for specialty
applications. DYNO-MAX 2000 "Pro" Version 9.30
(or later) supports an almost unlimited combination of our
standard, high end, and even many third-party board sets.
